Return Policy

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days to return the Product(s) ordered. BONPOINT extends this deadline to 30 days for items ordered on the website. This period runs from the day after or the first working day following the day of delivery of the order or from the day of delivery of the last product when the order is delivered in several installments. Each of the Products must be returned intact, clean and complete and in its original packaging (including any gift or specific packaging, pouch, pouch, label, identification label or, where applicable, the single-use seal) .

The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal simply by filling out the Return Slip that is attached to every order and by returning the unwanted items using the prepaid return label included in the order.

You can contact our Customer Service for assistance or details regarding this procedure and/or to obtain a new return voucher or a new prepaid return label in case of loss.

All returned products are inspected. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn, or dirty will not be accepted and may, at Bonpoint's discretion, be returned to you at your expense or kept.

Products purchased on bonpoint.com can be exchanged at a Bonpoint Boutique in the country of sale (excluding department stores and Outlet), only for the same item (different size). Under no circumstances can a refund be processed in-store. For more details, please refer to the General Sales Conditions in Boutiques.

If the customer wishes to request a refund under the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, they must return the item according to the return procedure of the website bonpoint.com explained above.

When the aforementioned conditions for a right of withdrawal are met, Bonpoint will reimburse the Client for all amounts incurred by them in connection with the order of the returned Products, within 14 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code. This reimbursement will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.

In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the amounts due for the purchase, the refund of the amount, in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be made by Bonpoint, in all cases, to the person who made the payment.
